Kent Field Club Online Talks 2021

The Club will be hosting a series of online talks via Zoom over the next couple of months. The first of these will be on the evening of the 23rd February at 7.30pm and will be given by Steve Songhurst on the history of Vinters Park in Maidstone.

If you are interested in attending, please log in to the website and register via the events page OR respond to the email that members will have received. The details of how to join the talk will be sent to you. You do not need to download Zoom to join the meeting - when you click on the invite, it will give you the option to view through your internet browser.

In each talk, attendees cameras and microphones will be muted but questions can be typed in the Chat box and will be asked to the speaker by the session moderator after the presentation. The talks will (hopefully) be recorded and eventually posted for the general public on our YouTube channel Kent Field Club - YouTubeKent Field Club - YouTube.

Subsequent talks will be on plant galls, bats and burying beetles, among other topics.  Further details will be communicated soon. The AGM this year will go ahead but will also be by Zoom.
