Keith Palmer has been a member of the Kent Field Club since the 1980s and has led many field meetings, especially in search of lichens during the 80s and 90s. At that time he also ran annual lichen courses in the Lake District for the Field Studies Council. He has changed main interests frequently over the years and after a spell looking at leaf mines generated by Diptera and Lepidoptera he has more recently developed an interest in plant galls which you are to hear about in this talk. The session begins at 7.30 pm.
